  Ive only given them 1 star because its not possible to give them 0. Placed an order on Monday given delivery slot of Thursday morning. Phoned at 8.15am on Thursday morning to confirm delivery was told it was on the lorry who only had 2 drop offs so would be with me by lunchtime. Phoned again at 11.30am was advised driver had just left Chippenham (20 mins away) and would be with me shortly, phoned again at 1pm advised they would contact driver and get back to me, phoned at 2pm they "claimed" the driver was stuck in traffic ..... (there didnt seem to be any major incidents reported on any travel apps or sites that would have resulted in a 20 min journey taking 2.5 hours), they said they would arrange a courier and phone be back, didnt hear anything so I phoned again at 4.30pm, to be told the courier hadnt turned up but they would chase and phone me back ...... youll never guess....thats right they didnt phone me back and Im still waiting for my render board. More than a little frustrating as Im paying my builder to sit around and my roofer is coming on Monday and cant start until the render board is in place so will also be paying him to sit around. If Id know just how poor SIG were Id have bought my renderboard from elsewhere.
